Four carved pumpkins, and no mess. One of the benefits to living in the desert is that we can carve pumpkins mid-day, outside in t-shirts, and leave the mess outside, YAHOO. The big kids had a blast carving (or at least designing) their pumpkins, daddy carved and they cleaned every last seed out. I will definitely be busy cooking pumpkin, and roasting seeds for a while.
