A homesick craving....

Every once in a while Kevin and I will get a craving for something to eat from somewhere we have previously lived. Today our craving was for sausage gravy and biscuits from Weck's Restaurant. This was one of our favorite breakfast, lunch and everything in between restaurants. The food was out of this world, anything with green chilies is great. So needless to say taking a road trip to Albuquerque is not feasible right now, so I will have to figure out how to somewhat copy the gravy. I found a recipe from Bob Evans, never heard of him, or ate at the restaurant, but we will give it a try.......results to come after feeding the monkeys......
