I made a delicious carrot cake with this recipe last week, Kevin's favorite. I had never made carrot cake, and had lots of fun doing it, and was so proud to tell Kev and the boys that I grated up all the carrots...he immediately stopped me and said wait there are actually carrots in carrot cake? Hmmmm what did you think carrot cake was made of? "Not carrots- thats weird, he said" Even with carrots in the carrot cake, everyone loved it!!!It really is amazing that the cake came out though....
It is pretty difficult to bake a cake with a Kelson in the pan....
No wonder it takes me a little longer to get my baking done, the pans are always being used....
